UFC 316 is almost here. Tomorrow evening, Prudential Center serves as the host venue for the final premium live event of the spring season. Live coverage of the card begins Saturday night with the early prelims at 6 pm ET/ 3 pm PT on ESPN+ (United States only) and UFC Fight Pass (worldwide.)
Late prelims follow at 8 pm ET/ 5 pm PT on ESPN via linear television and ESPN+ on streaming media. Your evening’s schedule concludes with the five-fight main card at 10 pm ET/ 7 pm PT on ESPN+ pay-per-view. If, by chance, you’re reading this from Canada, UFC 316 will be shown via Sportsnet on Saturday night.
Friday morning, the official weigh-in window for the show took place, less than 24 hours removed from a final press conference. Thankfully, the weigh-ins went according to plan, largely, earlier today.

UFC 316 Prelim Fighter Exceeds Nontitle Maximum in Official Weigh-In Window
There was one miss on the scales today at the weigh-ins, and it was a hefty miss on the scales. While Wang Cong came in on-weight at 125 lbs, her adversary in tomorrow night’s featured early prelim, Ariane da Silva, weighed-in at 132 lbs, a full 6 lbs over the nontitle maximum of 126.
As of early Friday afternoon, the featured early prelim of the show will still proceed on-schedule at catchweight. da Silva will cede 30 percent of her wages for the fight to Wang as a result.
UFC 316 Title Fights Locked In After Official Weigh-Ins Friday
Saturday night’s card is to be headlined by a championship doubleheader. Both of those fights will proceed this weekend without incident on the scales. Your co-main event of the evening is now official after both Julianna Pena and Kayla Harrison came in on-target at 135 lbs for their women’s bantamweight championship contest.
The UFC 316 main event features a rematch for the UFC Bantamweight Championship. Merab Dvalishvili (134 lbs) and Sean O’Malley (135 lbs) each came in below or at the championship maximum today.
